Stay tuned for more information right here each week :) Mrs. Kamp :) As I've been looking for things to coordinate with our school wide adoption of The 7 Habits" and "The Leader in Me," I thought of a resource from my piano studio that I just LOVE!! Starting today, your Beginning Band, Concert Band, and Orchestra student will be discussing personal habits and how we all really are "Creature's of Habit," meaning that what we do each and every day is what we become. I'm sending home these "Creatures" for the children to place around your house. When they see their creature, it's time to stop and think about our habits, evaluate how their choice is affecting the goals they have set for themselves, and.......you guessed it....GO PRACTICE :) You can find out more about my inspiration for this idea HERE Hope you enjoy your "Creatures" and all the practicing they are meant to inspire :)
